1. Equipment Provided
The Owner agrees to rent the following equipment to the Renter:

3. Delivery & Setup

The Owner will deliver, set up, and inspect the equipment at the event location.


The Renter must ensure the setup area is flat, free of debris, and accessible.


The Renter must provide access to a grounded electrical outlet within 50 feet.


4. Safety Rules
The Renter agrees to enforce the following rules at all times:

Adult supervision is required at all times.


No shoes, food, drinks, gum, or sharp objects inside the bounce house.


No flips, wrestling, or rough play.


No pets inside or near the bounce house.


Do not use the bounce house in high winds (over 15 mph) or during rain.


5. Damage & Cleaning

The Renter is responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.


A cleaning fee of $_________ may apply if the equipment is returned excessively dirty.


6. No Liability Clause
The Renter understands and acknowledges that the use of inflatable bounce houses carries inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, and other injuries. The Renter voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the use of the equipment. The Owner shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to any person or property arising from the use, operation, or possession of the bounce house, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. The Renter agrees to supervise all participants at all times and to ensure that all safety rules are followed. The Renter further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner, its employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, or actions resulting from such use.

7. Weather Policy
If weather conditions are unsafe (rain, lightning, high winds), the Owner reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the rental. If cancellation occurs before delivery, the deposit may be applied to a future booking.

8. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least ___ days before the event will receive a refund of any amount paid beyond the deposit. Cancellations within ___ days of the event will forfeit the deposit.
